How does my order arrive?
We want your unboxing experience to be just as special as the look itself! Every item is carefully secured and shipped in a premium box to ensure it arrives safely and in style.
Important note regarding Acrylic items:
To keep your pieces flawless during their journey, we apply a clear protective layer to the acrylic. If the surface looks cloudy or scratched, don't worry!
Please remember to peel off this protective film before wearing to reveal the perfect shine underneath.

When will I get my order?

- Within the EU: Your package will generally arrive in 5–7 business days.
- Overseas Deliveries: For our international friends, shipping can take anywhere from 7–16 days.

Returns
Can I return my order if I don't love it?
Absolutely! We want you to love what you bought. If you aren't completely happy with your look, you have 30 days from the day you receive the package to send it back to us.
Is return shipping free?
Because we are a small independent brand, customers are currently responsible for return shipping costs. However, we are happy to help you organize the label to make the process as smooth as possible!
