Your Right to Cancel
Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. No reason is required.
To use this right, simply let us know by email within 14 days after receiving your order.

Exceptions
Customized or personalized products (such as special editions) cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return
Send us an email at [service@looksOnLife.com] to register your return.
Repack your product carefully in its original packaging.
Ship it back to: Handweg 57 - 1185 TT - Amstelveen - The Netherlands.

Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used for purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we made a mistake or the product was faulty.
