Black and Light - Kollektion: Deutschland

The Look measures 12.6 x 12.6 cm and can be hung on the wall or stood up.

It is a photograph behind 3 mm clear acrylic on an MDF block of 110 x 110 x 22 mm. The country is engraved on the side; the photographer, the title and the country are on the back.

The Wrapp is a 0.8 mm silicone frame that clicks around it. Together, a Wrapped Look measures 126 x 126 x 25 mm.

Hand-finished in our Foto Lab in Amstelveen.

A lone silhouette walks across a bridge railing in Germany, rendered in pure black against a vast white sky with nothing but a solitary street lamp breaking the stillness. The minimalist composition strips the scene down to its bare geometry, letting silence and negative space carry the entire emotional weight of the image. Every detail feels deliberate and calm, as though the world has been quietly distilled into shadow and light. Photographer Lorenzo Linthout transforms an ordinary moment in Germany into something meditative and absolute, proving that true clarity is found not in what you add but in what you dare to leave out.

Italian photographer with a background in architecture. His work explores cities and urban spaces through a metaphysical lens, focusing on the relationship between architecture, human presence, and contemporary solitude.
