A rainbow of window frames stretches across the grand colonial facade of the Old Hill Street Police Station in Singapore, where shades of cobalt blue, emerald green, golden yellow, burnt orange and vivid red create a stunning chromatic gradient against the building's crisp white neoclassical architecture. The symmetrical composition is perfectly frontal, giving the building an almost grid-like graphic quality while a solitary figure in red crosses the street below, offering a sense of human scale against the monumental structure.
