Rural Life

The Look measures 12.6 x 12.6 cm and can be hung on the wall or stood up.

It is a photograph behind 3 mm clear acrylic on an MDF block of 110 x 110 x 22 mm. The country is engraved on the side; the photographer, the title and the country are on the back.

The Wrapp is a 0.8 mm silicone frame that clicks around it. Together, a Wrapped Look measures 126 x 126 x 25 mm.

Hand-finished in our Foto Lab in Amstelveen.

From the driver's perspective behind a yoked pair of oxen, this image pulls the viewer straight into the working heart of rural Cuba, where red earth, timber stacks and open fields stretch toward dramatic limestone mogotes rising against a clouded sky. A lone horseman moves through the middle distance, his easy posture and brown horse adding a sense of quiet motion to this deeply rooted agricultural scene. The warm earthy tones and bold composition capture the living traditions of Cuban farming life with an immediacy that feels both timeless and alive. Photographer Beniamino Pisati brings a grounded and intimate eye to Cuba's countryside, finding beauty and energy in the everyday rhythms that define its rural culture.
