The dense urban skyline of Bangladesh's capital rises behind the yard, its towers and billboards contrasting quietly with the weathered hulls and wooden skiffs that crowd the foreground in a scene of unhurried industrial life. A calm clarity hangs over the composition, the clear blue sky and still water lending an unexpected sense of silence to what is otherwise a landscape of labour and rust.
