At dusk, Prague's iconic bridges stretch gracefully across the Vltava River in a sweeping panorama of warm amber light and silver water, while a dramatic sky streaked with rose and violet clouds rolls overhead. The centuries-old Charles Bridge anchors the composition with its stone arches casting glowing reflections on the calm surface below, as the city's historic spires and lantern-lit streets fade softly into the distant hills of the Czech Republic. A hushed stillness settles over the urban landscape, where architecture and water merge into something quietly timeless. Photographer Alexander Riek captures this fleeting moment between day and night with a poet's eye, revealing Prague not just as a city but as a living piece of history breathing in the last light.
