Cloudy Day

The Look measures 12.6 x 12.6 cm and can be hung on the wall or stood up.

It is a photograph behind 3 mm clear acrylic on an MDF block of 110 x 110 x 22 mm. The country is engraved on the side; the photographer, the title and the country are on the back.

The Wrapp is a 0.8 mm silicone frame that clicks around it. Together, a Wrapped Look measures 126 x 126 x 25 mm.

Hand-finished in our Foto Lab in Amstelveen.

A bold red facade cuts across the lower frame beneath an open Italian sky where a single perfectly formed cumulus cloud floats in quiet solitude. The minimalist composition strips the scene down to pure geometry and color — vivid coral red against soft blue — creating a mood of effortless joy and calm. Somewhere in Italy, the ordinary becomes quietly extraordinary when you know where to look. Photographer Lorenzo Linthout has a rare gift for finding poetry in architectural detail, turning the abstract and everyday into something worth standing still for.

Italian photographer with a background in architecture. His work explores cities and urban spaces through a metaphysical lens, focusing on the relationship between architecture, human presence, and contemporary solitude.
