Unexpected Signals

The Look measures 12.6 x 12.6 cm and can be hung on the wall or stood up.

It is a photograph behind 3 mm clear acrylic on an MDF block of 110 x 110 x 22 mm. The country is engraved on the side; the photographer, the title and the country are on the back.

The Wrapp is a 0.8 mm silicone frame that clicks around it. Together, a Wrapped Look measures 126 x 126 x 25 mm.

Hand-finished in our Foto Lab in Amstelveen.

A solitary red telephone box stands tucked between two towering trees along a quiet winding lane deep in the Scottish countryside, its vivid crimson a striking contrast against the lush green hillside draped in ferns and moss. The overcast light softens every edge and lends the scene a mood of calm and silence, as though the world beyond these woods has simply ceased to exist. Photographer Petter Rustad captures the quiet soul of Scotland with an eye for unexpected beauty, finding poetry in the unlikely pairing of human presence and untouched nature.
