The bold crimson of the boat echoes faint traces of old paint on the worn planks, while snow-dusted mountains rise softly along the distant horizon, lending the scene a rare stillness and quiet depth. Photographer Giannis Giannelos captures Greece in a moment of serene pause — where the everyday life of a working fisherman becomes something timeless, luminous and deeply at peace with the sea.
Born in Athens, Greece, Giannis Giannelos became a professional photographer at 18. Having published dozens of photo books spanning cultural heritage and advertising, his true passion remains capturing architecture, geometry and the emotional freedom of nature.
