The Great Wall at Gubeikou is in Miyun County, about 120 kilometers north of Beijing. It was built along the top of a mountain range and is largely unrestored, making for great solo hiking.
Based in San Francisco, Tom Stahl is an internationally exhibited landscape and travel photographer. Having explored over 60 countries, he left engineering to capture the world, blending technical precision with dreamlike compositions. He is also the author of Traveling Light.
Our Looks
